Hi Guys, hope you're all fine. I know, you're take focus on making the simulation more realistic and bigger and better. And that's fine! I'm a passionate player over several years and love the game with all the DLCs so much!! When you pick your driver pay attention to: work evaluation - the higher the better; salary - the lower the better, but good evaluation hardly goes with low salary (although it happens); skills - the long distance is the king; preferably long distance and other valuable skill (all but eco driving). The game simulates varying traffic conditions, including dense urban traffic, highway traffic, and quieter rural roads. The AI-controlled vehicles follow traffic rules and exhibit a range of driving behaviors, making the game more immersive. The weather system in American Truck Simulator is also quite realistic, with dynamic weather conditions I know some people say that it can not be done, but, I have seen a hired driver's name changed in this game..
