Didn't do a complete reinstall, but fix by u/spont_24 resolved my problem. Make a commandline.txt file and write ā€œavailablevidmem 8000ā€. After itā€™s made, drop it into the root folder of your game, if you already have a commandline.txt file then just open it and add that line to it.
